Clinical Coordinator

Bonnie Brae, a nationally recognized non-for profit specializing in services for at-risk youth is expanding its continuum of care to include Crisis Stabilization Services and we have a unique career opportunity for a Clinical Coordinator. The Clinical Coordinator will help launch this new initiative and serve as a key member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. This co-ed program will be located in Chester, New Jersey and will serve up to five youth, ages 13 to 18 years old, with behavioral/emotional challenges due to complex trauma who are in need of emergency short term out of home placement. The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for preparing psychosocial assessments of individuals and families as well as serving as primary therapist in providing treatment including leading family and/or focused group therapy. This is a unique career opportunity to develop a new program model while working within an organization with over 100 years of experience serving youth in New Jersey. This is a 24/7 program, so there is flexibility in scheduling as evening and weekend hours will be required as dictated by program needs.

Candidate will possess the following:

Education/License Requirements:

Masters in Social Work or Counseling required.

LCSW, LPC or LMFT license required.

Two years post Masters specialized institute training desirable.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:

Valid Driver’s license – not currently suspended or suspended over the last three years due to accidents or moving violations.

Two years post Masters specialized institute training desirable. Two years residential treatment experience desirable.

Evening hours required as dictated by program needs.

One weekend per month required.
