Join Our Team!

The Orchards Assisted Living is seeking a warm, compassionate, and professional Concierge to become the welcoming face of our community. As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors, you will play an essential role in creating a friendly, inviting, and supportive environment.

If you enjoy helping others, have exceptional customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and a warm, friendly attitude.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
Assist visitors with signing in and ensure all safety and security procedures are followed.
Provide information about our community, services, activities, and resident programs.
Coordinate communication between residents, families, nursing staff, and other departments.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain accurate visitor logs and other front desk documentation.
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, copying, and scheduling.
Monitor the lobby and reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere.
Respond to resident and family requests promptly while providing outstanding customer service.
Support special events and activities as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a concierge, receptionist, front desk associate, customer service representative, or in a hospitality or healthcare setting preferred.
Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, senior living, or healthcare is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a busy environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
