Full Job Description

JOB

This is a non-benefited, part-time position.

The City of Brentwood Parks and Recreation Department is seeking an on-site City representative for externally hosted special events. This position does not manage or operate the event, but instead ensures City policies, permit conditions, and special event rules are followed.

Duties include serving as the City’s day-of point of contact, verifying event setup and operations align with approved plans, addressing issues in real time, and performing basic site support tasks such as emptying City trash receptacles. Saturday availability is required.

Orientation - Applicants who have passed all of the pre-employment requirements and have submitted all of their documents will be scheduled for their first day of orientation.
