Position Overview:
As a Sign and Graphics Installer, you’ll be involved in both production and installation of a wide variety of custom signage and graphics. From large-scale outdoor signs to vinyl wraps and interior graphics, you'll use your creativity and technical skills to bring our clients' projects to life. The position requires a combination of design proficiency, hands-on production abilities, and strong installation skills. You will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and production teams to ensure the final products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sign Production:
- Help produce custom signs, vehicle wraps, wall graphics, window decals, and floor vinyl.
- Prepare production files, ensuring they meet specifications for printing, cutting, and installation.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, including large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and cutting tools.
- Select appropriate materials and finish options for each project.
- Assist with vinyl application, including applying graphics to vehicles, walls, windows, and floors.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet Image360’s high-quality standards.
- Sign Installation:
- Install a wide range of signs, including interior and exterior signs, vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics, and more.
- Utilize aerial lifts, ladders, and scaffolding for safe installations at various heights and locations.
- Prepare and apply vinyl graphics to walls, windows, vehicles, and other surfaces, ensuring a smooth and professional finish.
- Work with concrete bases for large signs, ensuring proper foundations are in place.
- Perform site surveys and measurements to ensure proper fit and alignment of signs during installation.
- Safely operate power tools, aerial lifts, and other required equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure smooth installations and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
- Fleet and Equipment Maintenance:
- Manage fleet maintenance and organization to ensure all installation vehicles and tools are ready for use.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on installation equipment and tools.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sign installation, vinyl application, and/or vehicle wrap installation is preferred.
- Proficient in using aerial lifts, ladders, and scaffolding for high-altitude work.
- Familiarity with a variety of sign materials, including vinyl, aluminum, wood, and acrylic.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation plans.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to obtain Chauffeur’s license and pass a DOT physical.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for vehicle wrap installations).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Licensed Sign Installer qualification is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
