Administrative Medical Assistant

Gameday Men’s Health Traverse City is a fast-growing clinic specializing in testosterone optimization and men’s wellness. We serve motivated men—veterans, first responders, hard-working dads—who are ready to take charge of their health.

Who We’re Hiring-

We’re looking for an experienced Medical Assistant with strong administrative instincts—someone who is equally comfortable drawing blood, managing patient flow, following up with leads, and helping keep the clinic running smoothly.

This is not a traditional entry-level MA role.

This is a high-impact clinical and operational position for someone confident, personable, organized, and capable of owning both patient care and front-office execution.

Compensation:

$24–$28/hour based on experience, skillset, and overall fit.

Hours: 3 days per week (32-40 hours)
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

The top end of the pay range is reserved for a proven, high-performing Medical Assistant who brings exceptional clinical ability, strong administrative follow-through, and the maturity to contribute at a high level from day one.

Are highly confident with phlebotomy and IM injections
Have strong administrative and patient coordination skills
Are outgoing, upbeat, and naturally connect with patients
Can balance clinical care, scheduling, phones, lead follow-up, and patient communication
Bring initiative, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and don’t need constant direction

What You’ll Do

Perform blood draws and administer IM injections (testosterone, B12, MIC, peptides)
Record vitals and maintain accurate EMR documentation
Support providers during patient consults and procedures
Answer phones, respond to new patient inquiries, and follow up with leads
Track new patient conversions and help keep the schedule full
Coordinate appointments, patient communication, and follow-up
Check out patients for memberships and products
Help manage patient flow, clinic organization, inventory, and daily operations

Requirements

Certified Medical Assistant – Michigan (Required)
Strong phlebotomy experience (Required)
2+ years of Medical Assistant experience preferred
Experience in men’s health, wellness, med spa, urology, or hormone-based care is a plus
