Job Description

Surgical technologists are essential members of the surgical teams at Munson Healthcare hospitals, where their expertise and precision make a profound impact on patient care. This vital role demands exceptional clinical judgment, critical thinking, attention to detail, and outstanding interpersonal skills. As part of the OR team, you'll collaborate closely with specialty surgeons, physician assistants, and advanced practice registered nurses, all united in delivering top-tier care within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Surgical Technologist Apprenticeship Program offers you a unique chance to earn while you learn during your clinical hours in the operating room.

Begin your journey with a $5,000 milestone bonus (after taxes) and a pay increase upon completing your first clinical.
Successfully pass the exam, and you’ll receive an additional $5,000 completion bonus (after taxes), step into a Certified Surgical Tech position, and unlock exciting opportunities on the career ladder.
