Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintaining organized filing systems and records
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries efficiently, providing excellent customer support

Requirements

Proven hospitality experience or administrative background with strong organizational skills
Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency in office productivity tools
Strong phone communication skills with knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
Demonstrated customer service experience with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in front desk or personal assistant roles is highly desirable
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
