About Us

We are a charming, 26-room boutique hotel property featuring a unique restaurant and an intimate event space. We take pride in delivering highly personalized hospitality, memorable boutique stays, and seamless private events.

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, outgoing, and versatile Hotel & Event Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. In this hands-on role, you will work directly alongside the Hotel Manager to manage event inquiries, support daily guest service operations, and ensure smooth coordination across our hotel, restaurant, and event space.

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive hospitality professional who thrives in a boutique setting, loves wearing multiple hats, and wants room to grow with a unique property.

Key Responsibilities

Event Sales & Coordination:
Promptly respond to incoming private event leads (weddings, dinners, corporate gatherings, private parties).
Conduct site tours with prospective event clients.
Assist in creating event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
Serve as an on-site point of contact during select events to ensure smooth execution between guests and staff.
Boutique Hotel & Guest Operations:
Support the Hotel Manager with daily guest operations, check-ins, and guest communications.
Assist with reservation oversight and room inventory coordination.
Cross-Departmental Support:
Coordinate seamlessly with our restaurant and kitchen team on event menus, catering logistics, and service flow.
Assist with general administrative tasks, operational planning, and guest experience initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1+ years of experience in hotel front desk, event planning, hospitality, or restaurant coordination preferred.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; prompt and professional email etiquette.
Organization: Strong multi-tasking skills with sharp attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service: Friendly, welcoming demeanor with a "guest-first" mindset.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning hotel reservation management software (PMS), event tools, and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible part-time schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends based on event bookings.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
