**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage accounts receivable from inception to resolution, including preparing and sending invoices to customers

- Track and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely payment

- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, including aging reports and credit memos

- Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure seamless integration of both functions

- Perform general ledger reconciliations and technical accounting tasks as needed

- Assist with payroll management and benefits administration

-track and manage accounts receivable

- Provide support with tax-related matters, including ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations

- Ensure accurate and timely posting of payments to the general ledger

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

**Requirements**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proficiency with financial software

- Experience with accounts payable and payroll management

- Knowledge of technical accounting principles and general ledger reconciliation

- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations

- Experience with benefits administration

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with Workday or other financial management systems is an asset
