Your Role in Our Mission
The Associate Quality Technician supports the Quality Assurance and Regulatory department by performing a variety of administrative tasks required to effectively maintain the Quality Management System – Specifically in areas such as document control, employee competence and training, and quality data gathering, analysis and reporting.
Maintain controlled quality documents, records, and related logs in support of the quality management system.
Review, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures, standard work instructions, and other controlled documents as assigned.
Proofread quality documents for clarity, consistency, readability, and grammatical accuracy.
Process document change requests, including review, routing, distribution, and filing of controlled documentation in accordance with established procedures.
Assign and maintain document numbers and ensure documents are updated to reflect the approved format.
Support the migration, organization, and maintenance of quality records and legacy documentation in electronic document systems.
Enter and maintain customer service feedback data in company systems.
Receive, process, evaluate, and log return material authorizations (RMA) according to established procedures.
Perform routine environmental walkthroughs in manufacturing areas and report observations as needed.
Provide administrative support for meetings, including CAPA board, management review, and KPI meetings.
Enter and update receiving inspection information as required.
Assist functional areas in preparing quality-related documents for review and approval.

Maintain training plans and support the development of quality management system training materials.
Assist with monitoring training activities and reviewing training effectiveness.
Gather, organize, analyze, and report quality data to support departmental needs.
Support root cause analysis, data trending, and continuous improvement activities as assigned.
Assist with audit preparation activities and support internal audit efforts as needed.
Identify and communicate document management issues and potential process improvements to the manager.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Highlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership.
What You’ll Bring
Computer and other standard office equipment.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. 2-4 years of experience.
Ability to write reports and presentations that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics.
Planning/Organization: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, use a risk-based process to prioritize, organize tasks.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Pay Transparency
The expected pay range for this role is $24.00 – $28.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
