Job Title: Recovery Agent
This will be a repo agent, tow truck driver and lot attendant position, you will be repossessing vehicles and a lot attendant for debtor and transporter appointments.

Duties:
- Perform vehicle recovery operations in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Safely load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and flatbed trucks
- Conduct thorough inspections of recovered vehicles to assess damages and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to address minor repairs or issues on recovered vehicles
- Demonstrate proficiency in manual transmission vehicles and commercial driving techniques
- Effectively manage conflicts or challenging situations during the recovery process
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
Skills:
- Proficiency in automotive repair techniques
- Commercial driving experience with a clean driving record
- Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of manual transmission operations
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Familiarity with flatbed trucks for vehicle transportation
