Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one, non-medical home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Companion care and emotional support
Meal planning and meal preparation
Light housekeeping and laundry
Medication reminders
Mobility assistance and fall prevention
Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
Dementia and Alzheimer's care
Respite care for family caregivers
Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are:

Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
Passionate about providing exceptional in-home care
HCA, CNA, PCA, Nursing Assistant, or experienced caregiver preferred
Experienced in senior care, dementia care, memory care, or personal care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care
Authorized to work in the United States
