Full Job Description

Ciot is seeking an organized, customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our Detroit team, located in Troy, Michigan.

This position plays a vital role in supporting our sales team, assisting customers, and coordinating the activities necessary to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in tile, stone, flooring, countertops, interior design, or related building-material industries preferred.
Customer service or sales support experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Experience with ERP or order-entry systems preferred.

· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist customers, designers, contractors, and builders
Support the sales team by preparing quotes, sales orders, and customer documentation.
Coordinate customer communication and follow-up activities.
Assist with order entry, scheduling, and material coordination.
Work closely with sales, delivery, and accounting teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information in company systems.
Provide administrative support to improve sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
