No title experience? No problem.
We care more about mindset than industry background. If you come from accounting, banking, bookkeeping, finance, reconciliation, operations, or a role where accuracy mattered—you’ll fit right in and we’ll teach you the title side.
What You’ll Do
- Review closing files and prepare transactions for funding
- Verify balances, figures, and disbursement details
- Coordinate wires and check processing
- Reconcile funds and identify discrepancies before they become problems
- Work cross-functionally with closers, processors, lenders, and operations
- Help improve workflows and create a smoother closing experience
- Keep deals moving while maintaining accuracy and compliance
What Makes You a Fit
- Strong attention to detail—you catch what others miss
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial transactions
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- Background in accounting, banking, bookkeeping, finance, operations, AP/AR, reconciliation, or similar preferred
- Tech-comfortable and quick to learn systems
- Title experience is a bonus—not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
