Full Job Description

Hill Dermaceuticals is a well established privately-owned pharmaceutical company that develops and manufactures products for Dermatology and Ear, Nose and Throat specialists. We are looking for a part-time, experienced outside sales representative, preferably with Dermatology, ENT, or Cosmeceutical sales experience to cover Michigan. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Our sales reps have a strong work ethic, a high degree of customer engagement and the ability to deliver a product message throughout their territory.

Responsibilities:

Develop and cultivate relationships with new and existing Healthcare Professionals and their staff.
Meet and exceed sales goals.
Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities.
Provide and deliver the sales presentation.
Represent our company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Work an average of three days per week with occasional weekends.
Some overnight travel.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving results.
A polished, confident, and professional demeanor.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part or a team.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and a drive to succeed.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
