Full Job Description

Freedom Welding and Fabrication is a custom and structural fabricator dedicated to building lasting relationships through quality, integrity, and craftsmanship.

We are seeking a motivated Welder / Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding and fabrication, be able to read blueprints, and take pride in producing high-quality work. This position involves fabricating custom steel projects, working with a variety of shop equipment, and collaborating with our team to complete projects safely and on schedule.

Requirements

2+ years of welding and fabrication experience preferred
Proficient in MIG welding (TIG experience is a plus)
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
Experience using common fabrication equipment and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, dependable, and motivated to grow with the company

Responsibilities

Fabricate and weld structural steel and miscellaneous metal projects
Read shop drawings and build projects to specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Fabricate with quality and accuracy
Follow company safety policies and procedures
