We’re a busy and fast-paced dermatology practice seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant to support our growing team.

Who We’re Looking For:

Motivated, dependable, and professional

Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
Experienced and confident in clinical medical assisting

Qualifications:

Prior medical assisting experience is required
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience in dermatology or surgical assisting is a plus

Responsibilities:

Obtain and record medical histories and vital signs
Administer medications as directed by the physician
Assist physicians with exams and surgical procedures
Perform phlebotomy, suture removal, wound care, and post-op instructions
Set up and maintain clean, sterile procedure rooms
Sterilize instruments and manage infection control protocols
Assist in managing the iPLEDGE program
Document clinical protocols and standard procedures
Maintain cleanliness in exam rooms and hallways (floors, counters, surfaces)
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff
Perform other related duties as assigned
