Compensation: $1000/day vs 32% of Net Collections

Sitwell Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our growing team at our brand-new Latham, New York location.

As one of the leading family dental practices in Upstate New York, Sitwell Dental proudly serves patients across Albany, Clifton Park, Malta, Saratoga Springs, and our newest location in Latham. We are known for delivering compassionate, high-quality care through modern technology, clinical excellence, and a patient-first philosophy.

This is an exciting opportunity to help establish a new practice while enjoying the support of an experienced, collaborative organization.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages, including:

Comprehensive exams and diagnosis
Preventive dentistry
Restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canal therapy
Tooth extractions
Dental implant placement and restoration
Cosmetic procedures, including veneers
Orthodontic treatment with Invisalign® (and Six Month Smiles® if experienced)
Pediatric and family dentistry
Emergency and same-day dental care
Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans
Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Participate in continuing education and professional development

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active New York dental license
Active DEA registration
Two or more years of general dentistry experience preferred
Strong clinical skills in preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry
Experience providing Invisalign® treatment required; Six Month Smiles® experience is a plus
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Commitment to lifelong learning and utilizing modern dental technology
