About RENEWL Longevity

RENEWL Longevity is a boutique longevity and wellness clinic in downtown Rochester, MI, dedicated to helping clients optimize healthspan through evidence-informed care. We blend personalized medical oversight, advanced therapeutics, and a concierge experience in a warm, modern setting. As a growing practice, we are looking for a clinician who wants to be part of building something exceptional from the ground up.

The Role

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) or Paramedic to join our clinical team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of clinical care and patient experience — ideal for a licensed clinician who enjoys longer, more meaningful patient interactions than a traditional hospital or ER setting allows.

You will work alongside our Medical Director, Patient Care Coordinator, and Operations Manager to deliver IV therapies, peptide protocols, and other wellness services in a calm, high-touch environment.

What You'll Do

Administer IV therapies (vitamin/hydration drips, NAD+, and related protocols) with skilled venipuncture and patient comfort as priorities
Administer peptide and injectable therapies per physician-directed protocols
Conduct patient intake — vitals, medical history review, consent verification, and pre-treatment assessment
Provide attentive, concierge-level patient care before, during, and after treatment
Manage medical supply inventory: stock checks, reorders, expiration tracking, and lot logging
Maintain treatment rooms to clinical standards (cleaning, sterilization, restocking)
Document accurately in our practice management system (Zenoti)
Collaborate with our Medical Director and care team on patient flow and protocol adherence

What We're Looking For

Required:

Active Michigan RN or Paramedic license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Demonstrated proficiency with IV insertion and infusion management
Strong patient communication and bedside manner
Reliability, attention to detail, and comfort working independently in a small-team setting

Strongly Preferred:

Prior experience in an IV hydration clinic, med spa, peptide clinic, or wellness/longevity practice
Familiarity with NAD+, glutathione, B-complex, and similar wellness IV protocols
Experience with peptide therapies (e.g., BPC-157, semaglutide, sermorelin, etc.)
Experience with EMR/practice management platforms (Zenoti a plus)
