As a Product Owner at Infyni, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online education. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative products that enhance the learning experience for students and educators.

What You will Do: ? Product Vision: Define the product vision and strategy, aligning with the overall business objectives. ? Product Backlog: Create and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring a clear roadmap for the development team. ? Agile Methodology: Lead the product development process using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver high-quality products efficiently. ? Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, product managers, and engineers, to gather requirements and ensure product success. ? Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions about product features and priorities. ? Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Who You Are: ? Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role. ? Agile Certification: Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification. ? Agile Expertise: Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile frameworks. ? Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies. ? Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. ? Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Why Infyni ?
