We believe every child in state care deserves a safe, permanent home and an advocate who deeply understands their voice and story. As Executive Director, you are the heart and voice of our organization—leading with empathy, building bridges across the child welfare system, and helping our community come together to support children navigating foster care and juvenile court proceedings.
While you will oversee the organizational and financial health of the agency, your primary focus is relationship-building: inspiring donors, encouraging dedicated staff and volunteer advocates, and uniting court systems and community partners around the shared goal of protecting vulnerable children.

- Advocacy & Presence: Represent the best interests of children in local networks, coalitions, and community discussions.
4. Supporting & Empowering People (25%)
- Team Leadership: Support, mentor, and uplift a dedicated team of staff and volunteer advocates, creating a collaborative, trauma-informed workplace culture where everyone feels valued.
