Looking for a PRN role that offers flexibility, consistency, and a team that truly understands sonographers?

Innovative Ultrasound Solutions is a sonographer-owned mobile ultrasound company serving physician offices, clinics, and hospitals across Central North Carolina. As we continue to grow, we are seeking General and Vascular Ultrasound Technologists to join our team.

This is an ideal opportunity for experienced sonographers who value independence, variety in their workday, and a supportive, professional environment.

What You’ll Love About This Role:

Monday–Friday scheduling (no weekends)
Flexible PRN / part-time opportunities
Competitive pay: $38–$54/hour
Mileage reimbursement + insurance stipend
Work directly with providers in a variety of clinical settings
A company built by sonographers, for sonographers

What You’ll Do:

Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams (General and/or Vascular)
Travel to physician offices, clinics, and outpatient facilities
Ensure accurate imaging and proper documentation in EMR/PACS systems
Provide a professional, patient-centered experience
Collaborate with providers to support timely and accurate diagnoses

What We’re Looking For:

ARDMS Certification (required)
Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience (required)
Experience in General and/or Vascular imaging
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical environments

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited program
BLS Certification

Work Environment & Expectations:

Mobile role with travel between clinical sites
Ability to manage equipment and adapt to varying workflows
Comfortable working independently while maintaining high clinical standards
