Are you a reliable employee looking for an exciting career in a growing organization? We are a metal stamping facility looking for production team members for our CNC Laser on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.

What are the hours and pay?

1st shift: 5:55AM-2PM Monday-Thursday, plus overtime as needed

2nd shift: 1:55PM-10PM Monday-Friday, plus overtime as needed

3rd Shift: 7:55PM-6AM Sunday-Wednesday, plus overtime as needed

Base Pay $19.30 + per hour (depending on experience), plus $1.50 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

What is the job?

Startup, operation, and shutdown of CNC fiber laser machine.
Select nozzles for particular material being processed.
Load programs and set machine parameters to achieve best performance.
Perform first, last and periodical checks on parts and complete associated quality documents.
Follow routers, schedules and work instructions.
Communicate machine/quality issues to maintenance and quality to support personnel.
Other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the job?

Must be willing and able to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks
High school diploma or GED equivalency is preferred but not required.
Basic reading, writing, and some advanced math skills required.
Using hand tools and machines proficiently.
Measuring, cutting, or working on items with great accuracy.
Excitement to learn a new skill
Tendency to follow set instructions
Strong attention to detail
Proven team player
Self-starter
Strong work record in safety, quality, and dependability.

Spend majority of time in plant environment, subject to noise, dust, oils, some chemicals and uncomfortable environmental temperatures at times.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn including but not limited to: eyes, ear, foot and/or other protective devices as required.
Weekly and weekend overtime required.
Accountability for quality/productivity and safety goals.
