Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, handle reservations, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all guests while maintaining operational accuracy and security throughout the night.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and during check-in/check-out processes, providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as Fosse or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure financial accuracy.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, addressing requests or concerns with effective problem-solving skills.
Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures.
Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with team members across departments to uphold guest relations and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.

Experience

Prior experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
Proficiency with hospitality reservation systems such as Fosse or other property management systems (PMS).
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual ability is a plus.
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and hotel management best practices.
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette in a fast-paced setting.
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities in customer service scenarios, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Previous night audit experience or familiarity with hotel night operations is highly desirable.
