Full Job Description

Christian Batthany Masonry is one of the Truckee-Tahoe area’s leading high-end residential masonry contractors, specializing in custom natural stone fireplaces, veneers, patios, and architectural masonry.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Office Manager who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping a growing business operate at a high level. This is an opportunity to become a key member of our leadership team as we continue to expand.

Position

Part-Time (24–30 hours/week)
$23–26/hour
Flexible scheduling
Opportunity for full-time employment as the company grows

Responsibilities

Customer communication
Scheduling projects
QuickBooks invoicing and payment tracking
Payroll administration
Vendor coordination
Document management
DocuSign contract administration
General office operations
Support company leadership and field operations

Qualifications

Experience with QuickBooks
Payroll experience
Microsoft Excel & Word
DocuSign
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
High attention to detail
Growth mindset
Interest in construction and high-end residential projects
