Full Job Description

General Description

Support the Payroll Department with day-to-day employee inquires and participate in initiatives and assigned projects in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with business areas & centralized units in payroll processes.
Identify, analyze, and correct employee time management issues related to attendance and absences.
Participate in employee workshops & talks to provide guidance related to payroll and time management issues.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or Finance.

Experience

One (1) year of experience in Human Resources areas such as: Payroll, preferable or one (1) year of experience or knowledge in accounting/finance processes.

Other Qualifications

Proficient in math.
Interpersonal and teamwork skills, customer service, negotiation to reach agreements and collaboration.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and be flexible to changes.
Ability to establish priorities and work with multiple tasks at the same time.
Ability to analyze and verify the integrity of data.
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
Intermediate or advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office 365 Programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
Knowledge in the use of SAP/ERP, preferable.
