Join Our Team at Curry INEOS Grenadier

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Social Media & Office Assistant to join our dealership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and wearing a few different hats throughout the day.

In this role, you’ll be an important part of our day-to-day operations—welcoming customers, helping with administrative tasks, and keeping our social media presence active and engaging.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Location: Curry INEOS Grenadier dealership (100 Federal Rd, Danbury, Connecticut 06810)

What You’ll Do

Reception & Customer Service

Greet customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls
Respond to basic customer questions and assist with general inquiries
Help maintain a welcoming and organized front office
Assist the sales team with day-to-day customer needs

Social Media

Create and post engaging content for our social media platforms
Take photos and videos of vehicles, the dealership, team members, and promotions
Help promote new inventory, special offers, events, and dealership activities
Respond to social media messages and comments
Keep our online presence fresh, professional, and engaging
Bring creative ideas for growing our social media presence

Administrative Support

Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, copying, and general office organization
Help maintain customer and office records
Prepare documents and correspondence as needed
Assist with scheduling and other day-to-day administrative tasks
Support management and the dealership team with various projects

We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly, personable, and comfortable interacting with customers
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable using computers, email, and social media (trends, track analytics)
A good communicator with strong attention to detail
Comfortable taking photos and videos and creating basic social media content
A self-starter who can work independently while also being a team player
Willing to learn and jump in wherever help is needed

Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required. We’re more interested in finding someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
