Performance Coach (Morning Schedule)

25–35 Hours/Week | Beaverton, OR | ADAPT Training

Compensation: $21.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability.

What You’ll Do

Coach private training, Small Group Personal Training, and targeted Group Training programs.
Build meaningful, long-term client relationships while reinforcing consistency through our The Other 165 coaching process.
Deliver technically excellent coaching that helps clients build lifelong physical capability.
Execute the ADAPT coaching system while continually refining your own craft.
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred—but not required.
CSCS, ACSM, NASM, or a similar certification is a plus (or a clear plan to obtain one).
Experience coaching individuals or groups is valuable, but we also welcome exceptional candidates from outside the industry who demonstrate the mindset, character, and desire to master the profession.
Available to coach early morning hours (25–35 hours/week).
