At Vision Plastics, Inc., we’re proud to manufacture high-quality plastic parts for a wide range of industries — and we’re growing! We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Assemblers to join our day shift team. If you enjoy hands-on work in a clean, organized environment and want paid on-the-job training with opportunities to grow, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Perform hands-on assembly of plastic parts and inserts manually or with machinery
Follow written and verbal production instructions
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, trimming and labeling as needed
Meet or exceed assembly production rates
Keep an accurate count of parts and complete production paperwork
Communicate effectively with team members
Keep your work area clean and organized

What You’ll Bring

Ability to read and follow instructions and perform basic math
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 10 lbs.
Basic mechanical or manufacturing experience a plus
