Full Job Description

Legacy Housing Corporation (NASDAQ: LEGH) seeks a motivated and self-driven Territory Account Manager to service and grow our business in the southeast. This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, self-starter with an eye for detail and includes a competitive base salary plus commission(s) earned, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and comprehensive health and welfare benefits. We offer a clear path for career growth and leadership opportunities, including uncapped commissions and compensation above the industry average. The position reports directly to the Sales Manager and enjoys considerable visibility within our publicly traded organization. The position is responsible for managing and developing relationships in an assigned territory in the southeastern US. We expect the Territory Account Manager to:

establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
present, promote, and sell our products to existing and prospective customers;
coordinate sales effort(s) with other departments;
provide quotations and process incoming orders in accordance with Company guidelines;
support trade shows, conferences, and industry events; and,
escalate issues in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction and their overall experience.

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree (some big-ticket sales experience is preferred). The position is located at our office in Norcross, GA and requires the ability to travel some of the time (up to 25%). All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check which may include your criminal, work, education, and credit histories.
