Primary Job Duties:

SkyWest Airlines is pleased to announce a full-time Administrative Assistant position within the Maintenance Department. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and provides essential operational and administrative support to the maintenance base.

Assists the Maintenance team with a variety of projects and daily operations
Performs data analysis and supports report creation
Conduct auditing and ensures accurate record-keeping
Maintains organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
Answers and route incoming telephone calls professionally
Completes additional administrative duties as assigned by the Manager of Maintenance

Minimum Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of 10-key operations
Strong data entry experience
Adequate typing and basic math skills
Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others

Physical and Other Requirements:

Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
This is a full-time position starting at $15.75 per hour
This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
