Full Job Description

Lead a Fast-Paced, Guest-Focused Operation

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee concessions, bars, special events, and third-party food vendors throughout the flea market.

This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing teams, improving operations, managing costs, and creating a positive guest experience. The Food & Beverage Manager will work closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure all locations operate safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Full weekend availability is required.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily food and beverage operations.
Ensure locations are properly staffed, stocked, clean, and ready for service.
Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities.
Train, coach, schedule, and support team members.
Monitor food quality, service, cleanliness, labor, sales, and inventory.
Manage ordering and inventory for food, beverages, alcohol, and supplies.
Review sales, resolve discrepancies, and control labor and operating costs.
Build strong relationships with third-party food vendors and business partners.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and company standards.
Support special events and coordinate equipment or maintenance needs.

What We’re Looking For

Previous Food and Beverage management experience.
Current Pima County Food Manager Certification.
Experience managing employees, schedules, inventory, labor, and daily operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to make decisions and manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events as needed.
Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred.
Experience in concessions, bars, festivals, entertainment venues, or other high-volume operations is a plus.
Alcohol-service certification or equivalent training is preferred.
