Full Job Description

Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator

Part-Time | Remote | Tucson, AZ

Powerhouse Window Cleaning is a locally owned window cleaning and exterior cleaning company serving the Tucson area. We're looking for a reliable, organized and personable Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day customer service and administrative side of our business.

This is a remote position, but applicants must live in the Tucson area and interview in person . We're looking for someone who wants a steady part-time position and enjoys working independently while being an important part of a small local business.

Hours: 24 hours per week
Typical schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with an hour lunch.
Pay: $18-$22/hour, depending on experience
Location: Remote - Tucson area applicants only

What You'll Do

Answer incoming customer calls, texts and emails in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule and reschedule customer appointments
Respond to new service inquiries and gather the information needed to provide quotes
Prepare and send estimates using established company pricing and guidelines
Maintain accurate customer information, notes and appointments in our scheduling/CRM software
Follow up with prospective and existing customers
Communicate scheduling information and job details with our field team
Help organize routes and keep the daily schedule running smoothly
Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry and customer records
Keep track of open items and follow through without needing constant reminders
Help identify small problems before they become bigger ones

We're Looking for Someone Who Is

Friendly and confident speaking with customers on the phone
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently from home
Able to communicate clearly through phone, text and email
Reliable and consistent
Comfortable learning new software and working from multiple computer systems
Good at prioritizing when several things need attention at once
Able to use good judgment instead of needing a script for every situation
Professional but personable; we don't want our customers to feel like they're talking to a call center
Must have a desktop computer and monitor for efficiency

This role is currently part time, but a desire to grow with the company with the strong potential for full time work is preferred. Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, office administration, reception, home services or a similar role is helpful, but we're more interested in finding someone dependable, capable and comfortable taking ownership of their work.

Experience with CRM or scheduling software is a plus. Experience with Google Sheets is a plus. Familiarity with Jobber is great, but not required.

About Powerhouse Window Cleaning

We've been serving the Tucson area since 2008 and provide residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning and professional holiday lighting.

We're a small business, which means this position has a direct impact on both our customers and our field team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly, communicates well and wants to become a trusted part of the company.
