If you're a Lead AI Engineer passionate about Generative AI, LLMs, and Industrial AI, this is an opportunity to build enterprise agentic AI systems that help some of the world's largest manufacturers turn engineering knowledge into actionable insights.
This is NOT a traditional software engineering position.
Success in this role requires someone who understands industrial processes, chemical/process engineering environments, industrial visualization, and process operations, while also bringing hands-on experience building production AI systems. If your background includes industries such as chemical manufacturing, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, power generation, utilities, or other process industries, you'll be especially well positioned for this opportunity.
Our platform enables engineers to transform natural language requests into production-ready industrial dashboards, process visualizations, and operational insights using existing visualization components, documentation, engineering standards, and plant data.
As the technical owner for AI engineering, you'll establish the architecture, build intelligent agent workflows, and collaborate closely with Product, QA, Documentation, and Engineering teams to bring production-ready AI capabilities into an enterprise industrial software platform.
Please Note: We do not accept applications from third-party recruiters or staffing agencies. We are currently only able to hire candidates who reside in and are authorized to work in the United States due to legal, tax, and operational requirements.
Lead AI Engineer – Industrial AI & Generative AI Responsibilities
