Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, mixers, ovens, and other appliances
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen areas in compliance with food safety standards
Support food handling procedures to ensure proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices
Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely meal service
Follow safety protocols during food preparation and cleaning processes to prevent accidents or contamination

Requirements

Previous experience in food service and restaurant environments.
Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient preparation
Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with kitchen team members
Experience with meal preparation, catering services, or serving is advantageous
