In this role, you'll bring parts and products to life with accurate, high-quality silkscreen printing and part marking — applying serial numbers, logos, and identifiers that meet exact engineering specifications.

Set up and operate silkscreen machinery to print designs and markings on parts and products
Prepare screens, inks, and stencils, ensuring accurate alignment and setup
Apply serial numbers, logos, and identifiers per customer drawings, blueprints, and engineering specs
Design and use fixtures for screening and airbrushing setups
Track finished part counts and maintain accurate production and quality records
Monitor ink, solvent, and supply inventory, reordering as needed
Clean and maintain equipment and work areas after use
Record production data on computers and travelers, and route parts to the next department
Report discrepancies or quality issues to your supervisor promptly
Follow all safety and hazard procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in silkscreen printing or part marking in a manufacturing setting
Familiarity with trade tools and techniques, including measuring tools (calipers, scales, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and precision
Good manual dexterity for working with intricate products
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to follow complex, detailed instructions
Comfort handling industrial chemicals safely
Familiarity with quality standards (ISO9001/AS9100) a plus
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
