Step into a thriving small-animal practice in Tucson, AZ as an Associate Veterinarian and earn up to $160,000. Signing, retention and relocation packages up to $75,000.

The Hospital

A well-established, full-service companion-animal hospital in northwest Tucson seeks an Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative, patient-first team. The practice offers:

The Role

Provide comprehensive wellness and medical exams, develop diagnostic and treatment plans, and communicate clearly with clients
Perform general soft-tissue surgery and dentistry within a dedicated surgical suite using electronic patient monitoring and best-practice anesthesia and pain-management protocols
Utilize in-house lab, on-site pharmacy, digital radiography, ultrasound, and therapeutic laser to deliver efficient, high-quality care
Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to controlled substance procedures
Collaborate with technicians and support staff to optimize workflow, uphold hospital protocols, and support continuous improvement
Participate in professional development and mentorship, either as a mentee or mentor

Requirements

DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
License to practice (or eligibility for licensure) in Arizona
DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
Authorization to work in the United States
Strong clinical, surgical, and dental skills, with excellent communication and a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
