Accounts Payable Specialist

Clear Medical Imaging LLC | Tucson, AZ
Full-Time | $20–$25/hour DOE

Clear Medical Imaging LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Tucson team.

This position is responsible for day-to-day accounts payable processing, vendor account management, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial documentation. We're looking for someone who does more than enter bills—the right candidate will notice discrepancies, investigate missing information, and follow through to keep our records accurate.

What You'll Do

Review, code, enter, and process vendor invoices
Match invoices with purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation
Verify proper approvals before payment
Prepare and process vendor payments
Maintain accurate vendor records
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Reconcile company credit card transactions and supporting receipts
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, credits, payments, and discrepancies
Assist with tracking project-related purchases and expenses
Maintain organized electronic accounting records
Identify duplicate charges, missing documentation, incorrect coding, and other discrepancies
Assist with month-end reconciliations and accounting activities
Provide additional accounting and administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous accounts payable, bookkeeping, accounting assistant, or similar experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience with accounting software
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow tasks through to completion
Ability to appropriately handle confidential financial information

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Quickbooks Online
Project or job-cost accounting
Manufacturing or construction accounting
Purchase orders and three-way matching
Company credit card reconciliation
Vendor statement reconciliation

The Right Fit

You'll do well in this position if you're naturally detail-oriented and willing to investigate when something doesn't add up. We're looking for someone who cares about getting the records right—not simply getting invoices entered quickly.

Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
