Full Job Description

Chorost & Co. is opening a new boutique retail store in the Catalina Foothills area, and is looking for a highly qualified applicant to manage this location.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers
Ascertain customers' needs and wants
Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Operate point of sale (POS) and take payment or obtain credit authorization
Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
Follow all companies' policies and procedures
Work with team towards store goals, creating a positive working atmosphere, and supporting each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance
Develop and mentor staff to ensure understanding of company strategies, vision, and corporate ethics.
Oversee all store operations, including product management, sales management, expense control, and security management, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
Cultivate new customer relationships and manage existing ones to expand sales opportunities.
Establish and strengthen cooperative relationships with department store management to secure operational support.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a boutique manager.
Experience in sales within an international luxury brand (fashion, jewelry, or watches).
Knowledge of store operations, product knowledge, and retail business.
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

Skills

Negotiation skills, particularly with luxury goods.
Proficiency in computer skills used in store operations.
Commitment to excellence, with a passion for jewelry with a desire to succeed.
Compensation based on experience.
