Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Office Manager will play a critical role in fostering a productive and efficient work environment, while supporting various teams and maintaining a positive office culture.
- Manage Inventory: Purchase and replenish office supplies, equipment, and essentials on an ongoing basis.
- Accept Deliveries: Receive supply and grocery orders (daily/weekly); water, beverage, and snacks, etc. (monthly).
- Building POC: On-site resource for employees, program managers, visitors, vendors, building management, etc.
- Catering: Plan, order, set-up, and clean-up for internal and external meetings.
- Financial: Complete expense/reimbursement reports and process invoices timely and accurately.
- Shipping/Receiving: Create FedEx shipment labels and coordinate drop-off and/or pickup.
- Light janitorial duties including sweeping, vacuuming and trash removal, especially around catering
Required Qualifications / Skills:
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Takes initiative to identify needs, develop standards and manage processes.
- Strong ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about interacting with, and administratively supporting, a team of 35+ local employees.
- Proficient in office management software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance with SSBI.
Salary Range: $39,437 - $65,000
