About us

NatureMedica is one of Tucson’s most established and respected naturopathic clinics, known for clinical excellence, compassionate care, and innovative integrative medicine. Our physicians provide cutting-edge naturopathic, functional, and integrative medical services in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

We are a fast-paced, high-functioning practice built on professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and teamwork. Our patients primarily come through word-of-mouth referrals, reflecting the quality of care we deliver.

Located in a beautiful building in the northwest side of town, patients come from the east side, the Catalina Foothills, Central Tucson/University area, Oro Valley and from many towns around Arizona.

Our clinic currently includes six physicians, many of whom see patients two to four days per week, supported by three front office staff members, one remote team member and a dedicated laboratory team of three. It is a collaborative, experienced, and genuinely enjoyable team environment.

*Job Overview*

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy medical clinic. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment and enjoys creating structure, efficiency, and a positive workplace culture.

The Practice Manager will provide operational oversight while supporting providers and staff. This role involves supervising front office and laboratory personnel and helping maintain a smooth, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a heart-centered leadership style, balanced with clarity, organization, and accountability.

Hours can range from 32-40 hours a week, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations Oversee daily clinic workflow, scheduling, and front-office coordination. Ensure operational efficiency and a consistently high standard of organization. Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships. Support facility and equipment management. Manage and oversee clinics financials.
Team Leadership & Human Resources Manage hiring, onboarding, and staff training.Provide day-to-day staff supervision and support.Help foster a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment. Address operational or personnel issues with professionalism and sound judgment.
Patient Experience & Provider Support Support physicians and clinical staff as needed. Help maintain an exceptional patient experience. Assist in resolving scheduling or service concerns.
Compliance & Administrative Oversight Help ensure adherence to clinic policies and healthcare regulations. Maintain organized systems and documentation. Support implementation of operational improvements.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration strongly preferred
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Calm, confident, and solution-oriented under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Interest in or familiarity with integrative / natural medicine is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
