Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic research team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. Your energetic approach will help ensure compliance with regulatory standards, facilitate patient engagement, and support data integrity throughout the research process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in clinical research while contributing to innovative healthcare advancements.

Duties

Assist in coordinating clinical trial activities, including patient recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up appointments
Review and verify clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with FDA regulations and ICH GCP guidelines
Monitor patient progress by recording vital signs, blood sampling, and other clinical assessments in accordance with study protocols
Support data collection and management using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and CDISC standards for data standardization
Conduct patient monitoring visits to ensure adherence to study protocols and ethical guidelines
Review laboratory results and coordinate with clinical laboratories to ensure proper sample handling and documentation review
Maintain meticulous records of study activities, adverse events, and regulatory documentation for quality assurance purposes

Skills

Bachelor's Degree Required.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical research methods, and healthcare compliance standards
Experience supervising or coordinating team activities within a research setting or healthcare environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting
Familiarity with FDA regulations, ICH GCP standards, HIPAA privacy rules, and clinical ethical guidelines
Knowledge of EMR systems, blood sampling techniques such as phlebotomy, and vital signs measurement
Ability to review complex documentation accurately while maintaining attention to detail
Basic statistical software skills for data analysis and interpretation in research projects
