Full Job Description

JERRY BOB’S, a Tucson Family Locally Owned franchise, is seeking dedicated Kitchen Managers who value service excellence, a friendly work environment, and daytime shifts. With multiple locations across Tucson, we offer growth opportunities, a 5-day workweek (approximately 36 hours), and the chance for personal development. Enjoy the convenience of daytime hours (6am to 2pm, every day), a positive company culture centered around our people, and a servant leadership approach from the owners.

The ONLY location we are hiring for is our Eastside location - 7545 S. Houghton, Tucson, AZ 85745

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality, safe food items in a high-volume, casual dining setting
Maintain a focus on food quality, presentation, and safe food handling practices.
Work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to recipe guidelines and ensuring efficiency.
Contribute to a positive and service-focused atmosphere for both team members and guests.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
Uphold the restaurant's commitment to outstanding service and quality.
Assist with basic food prep and kitchen cleaning tasks, as needed.
Display a positive and teamwork-oriented attitude.

Requirements:

Professional, smiling, happy, and driven individuals with a passion for quality food and exceptional service.
Energetic and detail-oriented team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally bilingual and embrace diversity in the workplace.
Respectful and understanding of differences, fostering a positive work environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Basic understanding of food cost, labor, and controllable expenses is a big plus!
Prior experience of 2-3 years in cooking for a high-volume, casual dining establishment.
