Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Tax Manager, CPA to lead a talented tax team while providing strategic tax guidance to a diverse client base. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong tax professional who is also a natural coach, collaborator, and relationship builder.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a talented tax team

Provide strategic tax advice across a diverse client portfolio

Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm

Encourage learning, curiosity, and open communication

Support your team through busy season while maintaining a healthy, balanced environment

Must-Have Qualifications:

Active CPA license — Required
Solid experience leading tax engagements and teams

Strong technical tax knowledge and sound judgment

Technically sharp with strong emotional intelligence

Coaching mindset with a genuine interest in helping others grow

Humble, hungry, and smart approach to leadership and teamwork

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with real estate, construction, or professional services clients

Experience working with high-net-worth individuals

Experience with multi-state tax returns
