Full Job Description

At Hope Behavior Services, LLC, we deliver high-quality ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders. Our top priority is excellence in care. We believe in creating personalized, socially meaningful programs backed by consistent progress monitoring to ensure every learner thrives.

The case supervisor is responsible for overseeing Focused Behavior Services (FBS) as well as Comprehensive Behavior Services (CBS). Progress Monitoring and frequent collaboration with the clinical director and BCBA are essential, as well as ongoing fidelity program checks. Case supervisors will train and manage behavior therapists, using principles and strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis as well as provide ongoing parent training, using the Rubi curriculum.

Duties:

Oversees the implementation of ABA strategies across home, school, and community settings for clients aged 1 to 20, including the direct management and training of field staff.

Clinical Responsibilities:

Schedule on-going home visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness and provide parent coaching
Maintain weekly progress monitoring and fidelity checks according to the treatment plan
Assist clinical director and BCBA in initial assessments and writing treatment plans
Aid in the development and training of behavior therapists on behavior support plans as needed, ensuring fidelity monitoring of the BSP
Assist in writing treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources
Support clinical director in developing and leading staff training for behavior therapists
Hold ongoing clinical meetings with family
Must attend staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested
Complete additional duties delegated by the clinical director or BCBA
Provide direct client care during absences and scheduling gaps
Requires travel within Tulare County and parts of Kings County (telehealth options are available on a case-by-case basis)

Administrative Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed the minimum requirement of 110 billable hours monthly
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation of billable tasks per regulatory and funding requirements
Track direct and indirect services for each client
Assist scheduler in the process of assigning behavior technicians to treatment teams based on identified needs of clients and staff
Maintain up-to-date files for all clients assigned including progress on parent goals and behavior therapist goals
Provide regular performance feedback to behavior therapists related to their strengths and areas for improvement, set goals for professional development

Education/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field with at least 6 months experience implementing ABA. Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or MA/BCBA program in good standing is preferred.

Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance, driver’s license, and clean driving record
Must pass TB test
Must pass criminal background check

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop, write, analyze, interpret, and implement clinical protocols
Must be able to work cooperatively in a team environment
Commitment to ongoing training and development
Demonstrate the highest standards of professional conduct by consistently adhering to organizational policies and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ethics Code, while exercising appropriate clinical authority
Superior skills in organization, time management, observation, and analytics
Must be able to conduct sessions with clients at all levels below current position
Must have a passion for helping individuals with disabilities
Able to maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients, protect the well-being of all clients
Knowledgeable in Discrete Trial Training, Verbal Behavior Training, Natural Environment Training, and other principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as knowledge of development
