Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise in general dentistry, combined with your ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently, will contribute to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for. Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnoses using medical and dental terminology, ensuring accurate treatment planning.
Utilize dental imaging technology and maintain detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to deliver efficient and comfortable patient care experiences.
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and post-procedure care through clear client communication.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and advancements in general dentistry practices.

Qualifications

Valid license to practice dentistry in the applicable state or region.
Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic environment with proficiency in dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar systems.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging techniques, infection control standards, and dental fabrication processes.
Expertise in various dental procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, orthodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and implant placement.
Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and compassionately.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidential medical records accurately.
Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
