Full Job Description

Process and finalize vehicle sales deals (cash and financed)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our used car dealership operations. This role involves processing vehicle deals, coordinating with lenders, and maintaining accurate financial records. Strong Excel skills are essential for tracking, reporting, and daily financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Process and finalize vehicle sales deals (cash and financed)

Communicate with sales team and managers
Prepare and review deal jackets and documents for accuracy and completeness
Submit supporting documents for financing and communicate with banks/lenders
Post vehicle sales, payments, and expenses into accounting system
Handle accounts receivable related to vehicle transactions
Track and manage funding status of financed deals
Maintain organized records of all deals and financial transactions
Enter and track financial data using Microsoft Excel and dealer accounting systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.90 - $25.00 per hour
