Full Job Description

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Purchasing & Accounting Specialist to manage vendor purchasing, financial recordkeeping, and daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing numbers, logistics, and vendor communication — and can confidently navigate QuickBooks Online.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee purchasing activities: vendor sourcing, quotes, negotiations, and purchase order creation
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with internal teams
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Review and match invoices with purchase orders; ensure timely payments
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with month-end closing, reporting, and budgeting
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline purchasing processes

Required Qualifications

QuickBooks Online experience is a must
Background in purchasing, accounting, or a combined operations role
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
Ability to analyze data and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
