Full Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Wedding Planning Assistant to help create seamless and unforgettable wedding days. This role is ideal for someone who loves weddings, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys working behind the scenes to bring events to life.

You’ll support the lead planner with wedding day setup, décor placement, timeline execution, vendor coordination, and guest assistance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every event runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to couples and their families.

This is a part-time, event-based position with flexible hours that primarily include weekends and occasional evenings. Previous wedding or event experience is a plus but not required—we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
