Sky Blue Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Regional MDS Coordinator to cover the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. As a leading healthcare organization, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding expectations.

About the Role:

The Regional MDS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process for Medicaid, Medicare, and other payers across multiple skilled nursing facilities. You will work closely with facility staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments, as well as monitor and improve MDS compliance and quality metrics.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate MDS assessments, ensuring accurate and timely completion
Review and analyze MDS data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility staff and leadership
Provide education and training on MDS processes and regulations
Monitor and report on MDS compliance and quality metrics
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

Oklahoma or Compact State LPN or RN license
Minimum 3 experience in MDS coordination or a related field (n/a)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in electronic medical records and MDS software
